Your satisfaction is very important to us. Bowest Appliance’s sales professionals strive to provide the best service anywhere - period. We will do everything possible to work with you and the manufacturer of your product to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You may return your new-in-box appliance, unused within 48 hours, a 20% restocking fee is applicable.

All electrical parts, ventilation products, custom orders, new-in-box scratch & dent appliances and refurbished appliances are final sale and not returnable or refundable.

Bowest Appliance reserves the right to refuse or accept returns for major appliances purchased in-store or online at our discretion.

All items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery or pick up. 

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

All scratch and dent appliance sales are final sales.
